Hi! We are The Sheep Room, a family business based in Warwick, that loves all things 3D design & printing.

Frequently asked questions

How are your products made?

All of our products are 3D printed by us at our studio in Warwick, UK.

The printing process can produce minor variances - bumps, blemishes etc. We do quality control on every item and reprint where we're not happy, but minor artifacts are to be expected.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes! In the UK all toys need to be UKCA marked to prove they're safe for children.

So all of our toys, games & puzzles are UKCA certified for safety & peace of mind. This involves mechanical testing to try and pull them apart, squishing them, dropping from a height, and more! It also requires our materials to be tested to ensure they're mouth-safe (though they're not really intended to go in there!)

However, none of our products are suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts that present a choking hazard.

When buying toys from anywhere, whether it's online, in a store or at a market, you should always look for the UKCA mark.

Who designs your products?

Our products are a mix of in-house designs, and licensed designs that we saw & love.

Where can you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the UK.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Larger orders may take a few days to prepare. If you've got a deadline (eg birthday, graduation), please get in touch to check before ordering.
