Shipping

Items are well packaged and shipped domestically using our preferred carrier. Inspect the item immediately on arrival.

If you have a particular deadline to meet and require expedited shipping, please contact us first to check and get a quote before ordering.

Sometimes we may include freebies (new product samples, swag, or additional item quantity) with an order - feedback on these is welcome! These are discretionary and not guaranteed to be included.

Processing Time

Many of our items are custom or made-to-order, and will take time to complete, especially for larger orders. If you have a particular deadline to meet (e.g. a celebration or corporate event), please contact us first to check before ordering. We will do whatever is reasonably possible to facilitate these requests, but cannot make guarantees.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We will strive to accommodate where we can, but if an item has already entered production by the time we read the email, it may not be possible to issue a refund or change the order.

Local Pick-up

We can provide free local pick-up from our Warwick (Warwickshire) base. Please contact us first to check before ordering if you would like to do this.
